Order Repeats Online

To register for the new online service please contact the surgery to request a password

Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the doctor’s discretion and are usually for patients on long term treatment.

Please request your repeat prescription one week before collection as we require a minimum of three working days to process your request.

Requests for repeat prescriptions can be made:

  • In writing
  • By calling in at the surgery
  • By faxing your request to 01609 778029.
  • By telephoning 01609 760002 between 12.30pm-3.00pm – Monday to Wednesday and 12.30pm-2.00pm Thursday-Friday.
  • Online .

If you have signed up previously, you can arrange for Tesco, Boots, Well pharmacy or Day Lewis to collect your repeat prescriptions from the surgery.

Dispensing Services

The dispensary is open Monday - Friday 08:00 – 18:30 and Saturdays 08:30 – 12:00.

We have provision to dispense to patients who live within our practice area but NOT those who live in Northallerton or Romanby.


When will my prescription be ready?

Did you know that you can order your prescription up to one week in advance?

However please allow a minimum of three working days for your prescription to be prepared once you have requested it.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a practice pharmacist, doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
